After being convinced by her boss to sign up for RSVP for a joke, Maria relented and decided to go on only one date. That date was with Stephen. Although Stephen turned up late for their first meeting all was forgiven when the pair found they had an undeniable connection.

Maria had always dreamed of a fairytale wedding with a beautiful big dress and lots of candles with a colour palette of pink summery colours. And she got her wish in an intricately beaded corset dress with a ball gown style layered skirt and bouquets of white and pink roses and peonies.

Tony Zannino, from Photo Domain, was the couple’s chosen photographer. Maria said, “Stephen is one of those people who does not like taking photos or being in the spotlight and Tony made sure he felt comfortable at all times. He added a personal touch to the day, it felt like he was not only a photographer but a friend.”

The reception was also lifted from the pages of a fairy tale with ivory satin tablecloths, candelabras and a display of flowers along the main table. The couple couldn’t contain their joy on the day with smiles so wide that they could not be wiped off their faces.
